#01 – kutch, Gujarat

This place is also referred to as the white desert of India because of the stretches of the white salt desert which is visible as pure white land. It is an island that resembles a tortoise in shape. Basically, it is a princely state owing to the great nature it had from the past.

Greatly known for the Great Rann of Kutch, Kutch desert wildlife sanctuary which is home to various animals and birds, the place comes to life in the winter when the Rann festival is normally held. The best time to visit is November to February.

#02 – Mandu, Madhya Pradesh

This city is full of ancient architectural designs that go back centuries. The city was majorly influenced by the love shared between Prince Baz Bahadur and Rani Roopmati and from the union the oldest monument of India was born. It is famously known for the Rani Rumpatis pavilion and Baz Bahadur’s palae.

This town is known because it houses the Gir National Park which is home to the sole Asiatic lions. The preservation of these lions is what makes this place unique in the world.

The town is essentially an architectural hub. Being home to the Laxmi Vilas Palace, Sayaji gardens and the Vadodara Museum, it is the hometown of various prominent universities. Udaipur is also known as the city of lakes since it is located in a valley and surrounded by four lakes. It is the jewel of Rajasthan. Other than the lakes, it is also surrounded by the beautiful hills, Aravalli Hills. The city is known for Lake Pichola, City Palace, and Sajjangarh Palace.

Champaner-Pavagadh was included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites drawing its attention to the beautiful archeological park it is that is set in the center of Champaner town whilst in the middle of Pavagadh hills. The induction made it to be one of the most sort after places in Gujarat.
